Include a title page in current APA format. Also, include a reference page in current APA format that cites the DSM manual and the Kring et al. textbook. Other sources can also be included. Ensure that each of these is cited within the body of the assignment. This assignment will be graded for grammar and quality of writing. You must include a running head and page numbers.
