Refund Policy

At this company, we are committed to fully satisfying the needs of our clients. For this reason, we at all times ensure that we offer products that are up to the standards. Regardless of this, it happens that sometimes clients feel the need to request a refund. It is good to note that we are open to processing such a refund. While making such a refund, we are guided by the guidelines that have been outlined on this page.

Situations when we offer a refund

There are several unique situations when a client is entitled to a refund. These circumstances are highlighted below:

• When we have charged you multiple times for the same order. An error sometimes occurs when a client pays more than once for a single order. In such a case, you should notify us by sending us an email or chatting with our client support team. Once we receive such a request, we shall be sure to process it within fourteen days.
• Late deliveries- While deadlines are only estimates, we try as much as possible to adhere to them. Should we deliver your order late by more than 24 hours then you are entitled to a discount. Please note that we will not offer a refund on this ground if the late delivery is caused by the client. For instance, late delivery that is caused by the act of the client of changing the initial order instructions, not paying the order on time, or failure to provide the necessary materials will not attract any form of a refund.
• Canceling the order after the client has already paid for it. It is possible to get a refund if you cancel an order when an expert at our firm is yet to begin working on it. In such a case, you are entitled to a full refund minus the transaction costs. If it so happens that the assigned expert has begun working on your order and you opt to cancel it, then the effort that the given writer has put in place will be considered when making a refund. Subsequently, you cannot receive a 100% discount.
• Plagiarism. At this company, we promise clients plagiarism-free work. So that we can keep this promise, we use different computer applications to assess work’s similarity index before delivering it to our clients. We also have a qualified team of editors that manually check such work to ensure that it does not contain any traces of plagiarism. Should you receive work that has been plagiarized, then you can request a refund. Please note that you must be sure to provide evidence from the delivered work of unacceptable traces of plagiarism for you to qualify for a refund on this ground.
• If we lack a qualified expert to handle your order. Normally, after paying for the ordered product, clients should wait for confirmation from or website of having assigned it to an expert who is equal to the task. If we do not have such an expert available, then we shall be sure to communicate the same to the client. In such a case, you are entitled to receive a full refund. However, it is worth noting that this rarely occurs as we have professional enough writers and editors.
• In case of poor quality work- If you feel that the work that you have received is way below the acceptable quality, then you can request a refund. Before initiating the refund process, you should first request a free revision. To qualify for a refund on this ground, you have to prove that such work is of poor quality by citing examples from it.

Please note that if your situation does not fall under any of the above, then you are not entitled to a refund.
