You are to complete a seven-day meal-plan (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, dessert/snack) for a child using the following structure:
Label each day,
Be reasonably specific with brand names (such as “Dannon” yogurt, “Cap’t Crunch” cereal or “Popeye’s” chicken nuggets),
No meal may be repeated more than twice, and
Indicate the total calories, proteins, fat, and carbs for each meal (in other words, you should have six meal totals per day).
